The entities that participate in Foro EcA use the supported employment methodology as a tool or means for labour inclusion in the mainstream labour market for the people with a disability we provide services to.

We’re talking about a methodology where the significant person who has a disability is the main element and they do a competitive job in the mainstream labour market and they are provided with ongoing support services.

The methodology used takes the following items into consideration:

• Free consulting and support for companies
• Employment in a paid job with a labour agreement
• In company individualised support, adapted to the needs of the person
